Shipping

Every print is made to order. Nothing is held in stock. Printing and framing are handled by our production partner, Prodigi.

Unframed prints are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Framed prints are assembled by hand and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Shipping time is additional to production time.

Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed prints ship boxed.

UK delivery is free on every order. International delivery is a flat £8 to the countries listed at checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Write to jac@gorwelprintco.com to arrange one. Refunds are processed within five working days of the return arriving.
