Shipping policy

Every print is made to order: unframed prints are dispatched within 3–5 working days, framed prints within 5–7. Unframed prints travel rolled in a rigid tube; framed prints are boxed with corner protection.

UK delivery is free on every order. International delivery is a flat £8 to the countries listed at checkout. Duties or import charges outside the UK are the buyer's responsibility.

All deliveries are tracked. If a print arrives damaged, email jac@gorwelprintco.com with a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
