Refund policy

14-day returns. Prints must be returned undamaged, in their original tube or packaging.

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless your print arrived damaged. In that case we pay, and we send the replacement first. There's no need to wait for the damaged one to come back.

Contact us at jac@gorwelprintco.com to arrange a return. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

This doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
